The engine was a 3.9ltr from a range rover, this engine was in good condition when i stripped it but i fitted new shells and rings as a matter of course. A piper 285 cam, kent vernier adjustable timing gear, bullited valve guides and vitesse waisted valves were installed to liven the motor up.
